You miss the point fool. We don’t drive around off duty in full gear. We only do that while on duty. At least the smart ones and good cops do. So if you can’t see the difference you are a complete moron. So this has to be twatley, only he is that dumb

You totally missed the point too. You can't be a deputy. The point was he stopped to put on his vest when he disciplined deputies for doing the same, THEN changes policy afterwards. Nobody mentioned full gear, please keep up.

    side arm.

Debate on duty or not all you want. He had his side arm and radio and badge period. If your off duty and have your side arm radio and badge and an active shooter situation began. If you stop to go to your trunk to get other gear e.g. vest and rifle while shots are being fired, Tony will terminate you.

You were a slug when you worked here and a nobody. Enjoy your retirement and find another hobby. No one takes anything you say seriously , except maybe the 100 people who voted for you and they only voted for you because you promised them jobs if you won! Poor suckers. See the difference twatley. When on duty you are supposed to be prepared to take action, when off duty you are not. Hope that makes it clear dummy!
I like how you state " on duty your supposed to be prepared to take action and off duty your not." Who's the dummy ? If a situation occurs, like active shooter you are to take action on or off duty, unless you don't give a hoot about people dying while you sit by, thinking not your job your' re off duty. He was on duty and stopped to have lunch. Don't call lunch as being off duty. He wasn't off for the weekend or on vacation at bliss.

Just don't use your vehicle off duty. I don't. Not worth it.

He was off duty fool. In shorts and a tshirt. He saw an incident and took action. Most of you cowards would’ve turned your head and kept driving. He went home after and put on his uniform knowing he would be giving a press conference. It’s really simple and nothing nefarious to the intelligent observer. To the race baiting, sheriff and cop hating public, there is something sinister behind it. Twatley, you lost, move on. Work on your health so you can enjoy your retirement. A diet and some cardio will go a long way towards that.

By his statement, " he was off/ on duty " his exact words. Didn't this incident occur during a week day ? This is a typical Tony type statement to cover his azz, like his criminal history " not that he can recall. "
