People in unprotected positions know that it could happen any day. We live with it. Grab your balls and move on! I’m sure you knew it was coming, you just didn’t get removed/fired for no reason. You may not agree as to the “why” but you had to know it was a possibility. Don’t get involved in politics, don’t use excessive force, and don’t commit a crime. If you avoid those you will be able to have a rewarding career and collect your pension .

If you read the Minnesota statute it requires a suspect to consciously commit the act. Since when is an accident consciously commiting an act. It was an accident.
