    So was manny,s coverage an 8 out of 10, or did he fair better than average? Can you say something about his stand in Chief coverage?

    Stop calling him HOG or Obese Jabba the Hut1 Call him Manny the Fat Cat, this cat has 9 lives!!!
    He is still in the hunt to stay at the top of heap when staff demotions occur.

    The new Chief is a change agent and hired gun . He will do what he is paid big money to do!

    Perhaps he lost it, and the dismissed officer prevailed; that would be embarrassing, no? Still, Hubert may be confronting a challenge, not even he was prepared to surmount. His wife's reluctance to move to Miami, an environment so foreign to most non-Hispanic people, that it resembles moving to Honduras. Then there is matriculating their son in a new, and of course very expensive "private" school. It may yet come to pass that Hubert will unpleasantly surprise "pantywaist" Francis and "lilliputian" Noriega. We shall see, if not now, soon.

    Maybe, after all, Manny will be Miami's COP?
