Where is the pay study that justifies the Captains not getting compensated for time in grade? Just that good ole go to 3% cost of living increase.

The pay study has been located. It was found while filming a recruitment commercial for the agency with the sheriff acting big and bad. How much money was spent on that and how would that equate to a pay raise for the men and women already committed to this agency. I’m sure it’s not cheap especially considering it was a commercial being played on a major network during the olympics.
