Chief has a duty to act and not permit for this unethical behavior to go unquestioned or investigated. Commander shall be treated just as any other officer or supervisor. No special treatment or cover up.

Ronald Papier scored #1 on the Lt exam. His girlfriend back then Ethel Jones scored #2 on the same Lts promotional exam.
A couple of years later His Wife Nerly Papier scored a perfect scored on the Sgt exam.
Nerly Papier then she scored number #1 on the Lt promotional exam and received over $30,000 in back pay.
Mistress Natalie Martinez scored a perfect score on the written portion of the Sgt Exam
Mistress gets unlimited overtime being outside the unit for worked never performed. Approved and signed by boyfriend deputy chief Papier.
Mistress gets promoted to execute assistant with no interview process getting a $60,000 pay raise.
Mistress gets demoted and transfer to FAts with unlimited over time.
Papier been getting to many free passes

Alleged Unethical and immoral actions displayed by this high ranking officer. We must correctly investigate her actions and hold her accountable for her unacceptable and inappropriate performance. She allegedly crashed her police vehicle and fled the scene causing more extensive and costly damages to the vehicle and city tax payers. This will not be swept under the carpet. Dear Chief and city mayor, you have the obligation to do what is righteous for our citizens and other members who follow department rules and expect correctness from staff members.

New Times and other credible institutional sources of media coverage have been notified of this internal discriminatory and bias treatment of certain employees. Staff members who violate rules are protected and those other who are non rank and wear the same uniform are sought after and punished for lesser rules of violations. City hall and department of Human Resources are being notified of this incident. Miami citizens do not deserve for their police employees to be treated as such. This environment nourishes those individuals to corrupt the system and others.
