If a investigation was done and punishment, was already dealt out. You can't come back and do more after the fact. If he lets officers go, he's opening up the city for lawsuits, that they will not win. How can anyone possibility believe they can do this. This is a way for staff and those connected to get rid of people they don't like. Maybe this is a way to get the 100K raise back to the city If any of those being considered to be let go, it has to be for thing, currently under investigation and are any of the supervisors on up being held accountable?
