    How’s the Commander Papier Investigation going

    So what has it revealed. Did she report it immediately. Was her Hubby involved at all. Inquiring minds want to know so when us patrol officers get in a 17.

    Why does everybody in this blog always jumps to the conclusion that the Ms. Papier was hiding something? For all your know she had a medical condition that had nothing to do with being under the influence. With friends like you who needs enemies. Hope you are feeling better Commander Papier.

    If she had a medical condition she shouldn’t have been driving the vehicle several people here have been denied cars for medical reasons.
