I have to agree with the aforementioned post. This individual has no business being a staff member let alone an assistant Chief of Police. A disgrace in uniform, physical appearance, a pandering lackey to the politicians and no leadership or Command Presence! Maybe he was put in charge because he resembles the new chief. Both are slobs!
