Hideous, a formal uniform designed to camouflage Hubert's voluminous girth. Coincidentally, where are the clowns, well one big one and two little ones are there?

Have fun with him! He came in to Houston and immediately wanted to change the uniform into that tinpot dictator set up he was wearing. He set out to change the badge, too. The department was vehemently against it. So, he had a vote on the new badge. 95% voted to keep the badge the same. So, then he made the new badge "optional." But, all new officers had to wear the "optional" badge.
Then he used the "optional" badge to find out who supported him and who didn't.
Punked: The new Houston Chief, upon being sworn in, issued a directive that the department was going back to the old badge. You can keep the new badge as a souvenir, but you can't wear it in the uniform.
