That's for officers not staff, if that would it happened to an officer for less than that it will be crucified and parade on the streets but staff is untouchable , once you learn to live with that fact your life will be more pleasant , why do you think the rules doesn't apply to them , no body cameras, no gps,no accountability thru the day , unmarked cars etc etc . that's how the system is and there's nothing you can do
