    So he won’t wear a uniform. What’s the big deal. He probably doesn’t even have one yet. You think this Mexican wannabes Cuban hasn’t look into this ? The man is only making $315,000 dollars annually plus $50,000 in moving expenses and other perks. Javi, stop diverting the attention from you.

    Neither was Garmire or Timoney. Just takes comes classes and get his certification. Been done many times before by many chiefs all over the state that came form other states. Stop being stupid.

    Here is the governing paragraph FSS 943.13 Officers’ minimum qualifications for employment or appointment.

    (9) (a) Completed a comparable basic recruit training program for the applicable criminal justice discipline in another state or for the Federal Government and served as a full-time sworn officer in another state or for the Federal Government for at least 1 year, provided there is no more than an 8-year break in employment, as measured from the separation date of the most recent qualifying employment to the time a complete application for an exemption under this subsection is submitted; or

    Acevedo is TCOLE certified. He will get FL certified it’s easy. The big issue you have how that bleeding heart will **** up MPD.
