    Soft azz jail management

If the jail management gets any softer we will be serving wine and cheese platters to the inmates. On the other hand they try to micromanage the jail staff and nitpick their every move by monitoring the videos from their offices. The jail has really gone downhill with these hug-a-thug liberals in charge. No wonder they can't hire enough people.

It’s the new way of law-enforcement. Stay in your office and spy on the troops. Then cast judgment on them and tell them how they screwed up and If necessary write them up for frivolous violations. This makes the supervisor appear of having great integrity.

Why don’t they place cameras inside every office at the SAB and let us monitor them and make determinations if someone’s doing their job or not.

Listen. You have an absolute coward leaving as a colonel only to be replaced by a Ken Doll dim witted coward who has never walked a floor and barely made arrests as a deputy. What he is great at is hiding problems. He will keep things quiet at the jail. And if something happens he will blame who is below him. He will never take a risk. He will never stick his neck out for anyone. He is a self serving spineless coward. He will lie to your face. He will lie to the sheriff. He is useless. So pretty much nothing changes when the current jellyfish rolls away. It’ll be business as usual.

The colonel is a coward, a liar and a master manipulator, that's how he got to be head of the jail, certainly not by merit. He was alway scared of inmates and working the floors so they stuck him in office admin posts. He is spineless, gutless, lazy POS.

His replacement is one of the biggest azz kissers in the history of the jail, an empty suit who's main skill is schmoozing up to his superiors and telling them what they want to hear. He is a smooth pathological liar willing to throw anyone under the bus if it helps his career. He would be right at home in Washington DC working for the Biden administration. It's hard to imagine anyone in the executive staff less qualified to run the jail than this clown.

The jail executive staff is an embarrassment to the entire agency. It is going from bad to worse but nobody is taking any action to fix the problem.
