    a good defense attorney will keep filing motions and continuances to keep his client from going to trial for as long as possible. maybe in 2022

    Judges have certain flexibility in trials and when attorneys piss them off they can make their client’s case a nightmare

    They really are trying to keep jr. out as long as possible. I’m starting to think instead of a plea he is fleeing the country.

    Makes sense why not start the clock on the inevitable prison time so he can get out younger. If they keep pushing back that means he is probably planing on becoming a federal fugitive. If that happens I’ll hire a bounty hunter to go extradite his ass myself.

    One complainant, Suzy Betancourt, "accidentally" fell out of a fast-moving vehicle. This continuance gives the other witnesses 7 more months to have similar misfortunes, or to at least get bought off with the Menocal's cocaine money.
