It's freaking Miami Gardens not Coral Gables or a civilized Department where he can actually hold his head up with pride.

He should really reconsider and retire to spend time with his wife and family.

Then why didn't these same assets and qualities advance him to AD here at MDPD?

He actually did real police work from Intracoastal CST to Narcotics and RID.

It doesn't make sense to let him go when the simple answer is choose what AD is incapable and has never really done street cop work, and demote the bumb to promote Pretty Ricky to AD.
