Anyone can hit any animal in the roadway on their way to work or going home. Ever seen all the deer or hogs walking along Fletcher Ave. at night?
Funny how Long made sure every officer was written up for any bit of any fender bender damage that was done to the cars, but he rear ended a car at Genshaft and Fletcher Ave., He was not held accountable for his actions and his own standards.
