    This is a very cut throat back stabbing PD to work. Most people working at PD's respect people retiring or are close to retirement and have put their time in on the job. Here, the new hires realize they have no hope of reaching a retirement unless they are a 60 yr old cop., so it fosters a lot of animosity. This is especially true of the people that work here and this is their second retirement.
