The only one to blame is the Chief and his Command Staff that failed to implement the MDW Staffing plan. A system that has worked for years. The racial comments are uncalled for. It is the chiefs fought. He should have gone to the Memorial Day staffing plan. Same crowd and same issues. His cheapness cost him. The City gave him 2 million dollars to staff.
