After Hialeah chief Sergio Velazquez learned Sgt Jesus Menocal was raping women and children while in uniform, he interfered with IA investigations and allowed Menocal to continue to rape FRO YEARS. There is evidence Menocal was the bag man for Velazquez and Mayor Hernandez. Newspapers all over the USA have written about this over the years.

At least 6, but video shows probably more than 12, Hialeah women and children raped. One complainant, Suzy Betancourt, possibly murdered. While victims came forward to report the monstrosities committed by Hialeah Sgt Menocal his Chief Velazquez squashed the IA findings and allowed Menocal to continue raping citizens under color for 4 years. Menocal would collect the bribes for Velasquez who would send it up to corrupt Mayor Carlos Hernandez.

Yes, the FBI arrested Menocal but did not expand the investigation into Velazquez and Hernandez who facilitated Menocals crimes to protect their bagman. Yet FDLE ignores it like it never happened. You guys really suck!
