It would be a decent job if it was ran like a normal police Dept.-

1-If it was a secure job and not one where you can be told to hit the road any day from a bad decision, which this place is very much like and will do.

2-If you could actually give the Sgt.'s here some authority to make decisions here and then back them up and be able to monitor there decisions without being the Sgt. of the squad for the position.

Anyone that takes a position as an LT. here, might as well be the Sgt. of the squad working. You think micromanagement is bad for officers. Take the job as an LT., it is worse.
