Inept Major Cardiac Andy Glass back at Kendall District
Once again, management has unloaded the most inefficient and cowardly major at Kendall District. Andy Glass, an individual who has wrecked every district and bureau he has been in comes to Kendall District to wait out his pension and stab as many cops as he can on the back. This is the same character who covered up sexual harassment complaints reported to him and against a bisexual sergeant at PCIB. The same character who used to challenge employees to “meet him at the pumps” for fisticuffs several years ago. Thank you Director, for dropping this bag on wind on us again. Get ready for the drama.

He did not ask male officers to meet him at the pumps to settle scores. That was just part of his cruising behavior. Oh, and watch out for his nervous tick, that means unwarranted discipline is headed your way.
