    Never mind guys, good luck to you all and thanks for the professional replies. The City of Tampa pays for prior experience and starts quite a bit higher than most of the agencies I’ve looked at.

    Yes, TPD is by far the way to go out of any agency in Hillsborough county if you can get hired.
