LT is the hardest job in the agency. Soen captains want you in the office 40 hours a week. Some want you in the field. Some want you in the office 40 hours week but expect you to be in the field as well. Your also an HR director cause the captains pass the hiring process on to you. All for not much more money than an agent makes.
