SWAT Question
Hey guys just saw a great SWAT call on the news and was wondering if you guys need the LAPD policy on not showing tactics to the media. Take care and stay safe.
BTW who gave the green light for that?

Must have been someone’s kid on the entry team. What was the purpose of that? We do things a little different I guess.

SWAT = Special Weapons and Tactics .. Tactics being the keyword. So SWAT's Tactic's are really of no concern of yours. The unit gets the job done without having to explain how they do things. Why should the bad guys know in advance how and what we do ? As for who gave the Green Light ? Ask the State Attorneys office.

I didn’t see anything that tactical but it sets precedence for the future where we may not want to be so quick to reals BWC footage. But lately we have been putting out way too much information on cases like last week saying the drivers swapped. WTF is that Dude?!?!
