But if he was her boss by law it is considered SEXUAL HARRASMENT. You can twist all the fuk you want but it's sexual harassment. The civilian supervisor Charlie was sent to replace was fuking monica 1st. Then Charlie came around and got them sloppy seconds. YUCK!
