Let's go back to permanent details
I am a new guy and at least before we didn't have to go through this agony. We got handed down or a chance at getting a permanent during shift change.
People are getting details because they have better internet connection, because they didn't have to work last night.

Be lucky u got Silveri Leasing and shut it....20 yrs ago u got nothing..the detail office hung up on you when u asked for a detail..so shut it...

Champ if you think the system we have now is good then your an idiot. Kronos sucks. The system crashed just like it did 6 months ago.

You are 100% correct, Kronos is garbage, it's even worst than the interim report writer we had for 15 years. Everybody knows the system has failed, the company that runs Kronos has failed, Jen has failed because she has no clue what she's doing. We should have dumped Kronos a long time ago!!! But as usual we dumped a sh!t load of money in it now we're forcing it to work so some people don't look bad.

Kronos sucks. How can anyone expect this detail process to be fair when the program used to select a detail doesn't work properly. Whoever recommended kronos should be terminated snd thr agency should discontinue its use. So every 6 months each deputy has to lose out on picking a detail fairly due to a system that doesn't work.
