FHP, because there are no REAL leaders within this agency..

FHP does not understand what TRUE LEADERSHIP is. They believe if you are in a “supervisory” position, that makes you a leader. They couldn’t be further from the truth. Just because a person promotes to Sgt, LT , Capt, Maj, etc, does not make them a leader. If you are in that position, look to see who is “following” or just doing what they are told!
There are managers and leaders.... but they are not the same!!!
From what I’ve seen in the FHP, there are more managers who are willing to throw there Troopers under the bus instead of backing them up..... all because they are afraid of making waves and only want to look good so they can promote!

That’s the Military as a whole currently. Seems the government just sucks at their job.
