Velazquez's Complicity in Sex Crimes of Hialeah Women and Children A Must Read!
Chief Sergio Velazquez's complicity in the rape or sexual assaults of multiple Hialeah women and children:
-He allowed Menocal to stay on the road for 4 years after victim complaints started coming in.
-When in 2016 IA determined some sexual assault complaints were valid, Velazquez not only over-ruled those conclusions but he even gave Menocal a merit pay raise!
-Despite the numerous victim complaints, Velasquez allowed Menocal to work the same unit, same neighborhood and same shift unsupervised.
-Consistant with Velazquez's history, some Menocal investigation documents mysteriously disappeared.
-Despite video showing up to 11 potential victims at the substation, Velazquez refused to fire Menocal until the FBI arrested him...four years after the first complaint.
-When asked by the press why he did not discipline Menocal for the numerous undocumented encounters at the substation, Velazquez lied and said department policies forbid him from doing so.
-When it finally got to the point where Velazquez was forced to take Menocal off the street he sent Jesse Jr. to the academy as an instructor, which was staffed by family members Jesse Sr. Menocal and Sgt Ignacio Menocal of Sweetwater PD. Menocal immediately commenced sexually exploiting cadets and even getting one pregnant. When the local newspaper asked Velazquez about this he defended Menocal and called the pregnant cadet a liar.
-To this day Velazquez has never expressed compassion for any of the numerous victims, or publicly chastised Menocal.
Remember that strip club manager Tony Galeota stated that every 2 months he had to give an envelope with $25,000 cash to pay off Hialeah cops and politicians. Menocal worked sex trafficking, most likely Velasquez's and Hernandez's bag man.
And then there was mobster Raul Sosa, convicted by the feds of paying bribes to local officials. At a prior trial two prominent people testified about his stirling character..... Chief Sergio Velazquez and Carlos Hernandez!

Bottom: Hernandez and Velasquez turned this monster loose on Hialeah's women and children for years in order to keep the payola coming their way. This makes Velasquez just as much a monster as Menocal.
But you pvssies can go ahead and stick your head back in the sand and pretend nothing ever happened.
