Florida highway patrol sergeant F*** this B****
Former Trooper posted in car footage of her sergeant recording her without her knowledge. Not a good look.

Wow. Sgt. Michael Manfredo should be fired for this. Any Trooper would have been fired. At least demoted. This is the same A-hole Rookie that promoted quick but thinks he knows it all. Has 000000 experience since he graduated the academy last night. Stupid Rookie....You’re an embarrassing to the agency and shouldn’t talk to anyone like that or about anyone. You must have been a great supervisor to her. 🤨

The recording took place on the public roads so there was no need to tell anyone that they were being recorded. It is legal to record in a public place where there is no expectation of privacy. He may not be the best Sgt but the patrol should have never hired her in the first place. If anyone talked to her previous agency you would know why.

Everyone agrees with that. You are missing the point. What would happen to a regular road trooper if we called someone a stupid ***** while being recorded? If you have any amount of time on, you would know exactly. You would be crucified. Fired, demoted or disciplinary transfered. That’s a fact!

Wow
Referring to a subordinate employee in such a profane manner creates doubt that the employee will be / was treated in a fair and professional manner. Grounds for demotion for sure.
