Nice quote that the Chief made. Said that the violation of the SOP was ok because the officer was alerting the public. Just remember that the next time they try to write you up or send your $hit to the SAO.

Wow. Whose side are you on? GTFOH you pu$$y. That cop was protecting innocent bystanders. Show your face so I know who not to count on.

Thank you Chief for having our backs.

Pretty stupid statement on the chiefs part. That cop got caught up in the moment and got lucky he didn’t lose control and crash into the tables. The only back the Chief looks out for is his. So take a breath tough guy and put down the koolaid.

One law enforcement source in Miami Beach said the decision to take the police SUV through park grounds appeared to be “a clear violation of the policy.”
“It’s clear as day,” said the source. “The question is, is the juice worth the squeeze?”

The chief has our backs? Yeah ok. You keep telling that to yourself. Ask Sammy if he concurs.

The “good old days” didn’t have a moron driving through a park like Paul Acosta who shot outa window, a clueless officer running around with an holstered weapon, a Pendejo cop dancing and not knowing what to do, a PIO telling the bad guy that they switched seats, a chief that said a cop driving through a crowded park with his lights and siren was to alert the public.

The whole damn thing was a shit show. The people coming out of the academy lately are mindless, walking trash cans afraid to do their job.

Laz got his street cred back on this one. He might have a big mouth sometimes (who doesn’t working here), but he threw hands for the same cops probably talking crap about him.

He got my respect back with 0 hesitation
