And clearly the BLM officer that believes all the black folk problems stem from the white devil is here. Sorry “brotha” but it’s only going to get worst for your kind; not mine. My white quiet neighborhood doesnt have any guns running around killing little 6 year olds in broad day light...and yes law enforcement is in trouble. Not because of people like me, but because of you and your kind. Take this L and be carful for those guns that have legs

The "grammar police" is back. So you come to the defense of the officer who does not know how to put a coherent statement together, showing you are unable to do the same. Well, at least I did learn that you don't have the mental capacity to hold a real debate. I know that you're going to respond, so please take your time and review your response before you hit reply.

Hard to debate someone who pretends like they are INTELLECTUALLY superior. Now get back to that English 101 class, because you can’t be a cop!!!!

You first described me as a BLM officer. I'm not exactly sure what that means, but now I can't be a cop? Why is that? Is it because I can write properly? I thought cops were smart people. You also speak about the black community in a general way that clearly shows you know nothing about the black community. If you did, your comments would be a little different.

The blacks are offing themselves at an alarming rate; yet, want to argue that the police are the ones doing the majority of the killings. Sit back, sip your tea, and watch the community get what it has asked for since May 2020. HAPPY BLSCK HISTORY MONTH!!

Sad truth is to this date in 2021 we have lost 23 people to gun violence. Zero we’re at the hands of a peace officer. FACTS

There was one in the City of Miami last week. I get your point but be accurate when placing FACT at the end of a statement

The liberal mantra of focusing on firearms, the inanimate objects is a failure, and the evidence of such is witnessed almost every day in Dade County's urban communities.

Mayor Cava, you wish to decrease firearm-related, violent crimes in Dade’s urban communities, then as Dade’s de facto Sheriff, embrace Hot Spot Policing and Stop and Frisk, as codified in Terry v. Ohio (1968) and Florida Statute, Section 901.151, The Florida Stop and Frisk Law. Vigorous proactive Law Enforcement, by MDPD and its Federal partners; that is FBI and ATF, buttressed by strong State and Federal prosecutions, whichever prosecutorial venue can obtain the most severe sentencing, is the only way to stem the torrent of blood in Dade County’s urban communities; alas too often innocent blood.

Each MDPD District has a Crime Analysis Unit (CAU) operating within. Regarding firearm-related violent crimes; CAU must be able to provide timely pattern+ and trend data pertaining to location, time of the day, day of the week. Armed with such timely information, District Platoon Commanders (Lieutenants) can formulate proactive deployment assignments at identified District Hot Spots. The strategy is simple when not on a self-initiated preliminary investigation or one generated by a call for service, District patrol officers will be on signal 13, engaged in preventive patrol for no more than 15 minutes; more is counterproductive. What will officers do while on Hot Spot preventive patrol? Observe the human dynamics unfolding before their eyes. Behavior that based on the officer’s experience and training raises an alarm that a crime was committed, is being committed, or is about to be committed, the officer should initiate an investigative stop pursuant to the authority granted officers under FSS 901.151. No need to create yet another “specialized unit,” a generalist’s approach engaging properly led district patrol officers can do the job. Director Ramirez needs to reassess his vision, and boldly assume a generalist mission, devolving many of the officers now engaged in nebulously directed missions back to patrol. As it now stands, MDPD has too many “specialized” units. Patrol is where historically the “good guys” first engage “evildoers.” Consequently, patrol officers must be mentally ready to do so, whether that is pursuing suspects or subjects on foot, applying the level of physical force necessary to make the arrests, or when a vehicle is involved, lead patrol officer must clearly articulate a reasonable ground to believe the fleeing driver is involved, was involved in a violent felony. (City of Pinellas Park v. Brown 1992)

Policing is a dangerous contact calling, often, whether the injured or killed are police officers or suspects, someone is bound to get injured, killed; it is the nature of the vocation.

I’m the freaking crime analysis unit on a legal pad. I write down every shot fired, date time location any part of bolo on a damn pad. Then my squad gets info and hangs in the area between calls, if there is a between calls. Not rocket science. Tired of kids thinking everyone should do their job for them. Figure it out.

Loved the my “quiet white neighborhood” comment hahahaha..... in my white, quiet, working class, tax payers neighborhood.... everyone owns multiple guns, and nobody is shooting each other, and surprisingly and unbelievably the guns have not grown legs and have not started shooting themselves killing innocent people.... blacks want their cake and eat it too.... blame police and accuse them of murdering innocent black living saints, defund the police and then complain about how cops are not protecting them bla bla bla..... as an officer in a black neighborhood, Ive been falsely accused by the criminal elements of the community of not being nice to them enough and other things .... now I smoke my cigar u set a tree and drink my hot home made coffee from home, I watch the hood burn and I just answer calls for service, write my little reports.... don’t chase criminals no matter the crime.... I’m getting very good evaluations, and no complaints.... que se maten... I’ll write the report.....
