That guy is a damn good cop and is a better cop than you can ever hope to be. He wouldn't hide behind this post like a little btch and talk garbage. He will tell you to your face that you are a pu$sy and should mind your own damn business.

    Baker act.

Sadly we are all human with all the frailties that come along with being human. Being that Baker act is protected by HIPPA laws, not only is it no one's business, but it's illegal to divulge that information to third parties without the express permission from the person Baker Acted. So if you are saying somehow you got that info illegally and now using it to harm said person's reputation you are violating the law.
Granted he has already harmed his reputation with the DUI and domestic violence issues However the agency has dealt with it already.
He has been demoted two times. If he's having emotional issues, then a fit for duty psych should be done and not a public ridicule. So if you have any decency in you, you should never kick someone when they are down lest your turn come and you incur the Rath of public opinion. Solomon Stinson lost it after 80 years think about that. So have compassion

Its probably some douche County officer who was there who thinks they're holier than thou because they're county. That SB cop has put more scumbags behind bars than they'll ever see in their time.

He’s not a good cop. He’s a bad cop, who was allowed to remain on the job, long after he should have been terminated. He’s a drunkard. It’s no coincidence that there’s a connection to the same cast of characters...who have always had there hands in this place’s mishaps. Muppett gave him chance after chance, overriding the Internal Affairs Panel recommendations to terminate after the alleged DUI 18. The same chief issued Det. Sadley (another boozer) a reprimand for allegedly aiding in taking the vehicle to Opa Locka paint and body shop to repair the damages.
Then, there’s the time he allegedly went Missing in Action during the hurricane. The Uber trip to grab some vodka. The MDPD body cam footage...what happened to that video, David?
Now, we have an incident involving him at a meeting where he supposedly became confrontational, appeared inebriated, ran into traffic and was reportedly Baker Acted (that’s public record by the way).
A pattern of concerning and potentially criminal behavior, spanning decades. He can’t even be trusted with a department vehicle. We get no return on investment from keeping him employed. He’s not a good cop. He’s a bad cop.
He’s stumbled to the finish line, much like he’s stumbled through life. He should take his retirement and year of DROP money and head to Total Wine.
Chief Lopez needs to make this Al’s “last call.”

Cops don’t have to abide by it, medical personnel do. I have no comment in this issue here but I’m tired of stupid people thinking they know something because other stupid people told them it’s true.

Officers please don’t get sucked into these slam posts because they are mostly civilians who got tickets or arrested or otherwise hate police and they focus on crap and get you all exited. They are hoping to get info from you that they don’t have access to.

Hmm. You sound like a cadet. No. None of us arrest more people than most County officers because, that’s not our job. Our job is to help get kids to graduate. Yes, we arrest. But we are here to keep kids out of jail if it’s possible. This isn’t a competition. Don’t post again until you pass probation.

Actually you're the stupid one. If you request a copy of a report regarding a Baker Act, the persons info will be redacted. If it's not being done here, someone if screwing up big time.

    Signed,
    Former SB officer
