Those of us that have been through several administrations all say the same thing. This current Command Staff and Chief will go down as the most incompetent in the last 40 years. They have singlehandedly destroyed all the progress we made over the last 21 years of “Urban Partiers”. What are they afraid of?

The chief is the the one that sets the tone and he trusts none of us. Why? He wasn’t a hard charger as a PO. He wasn’t a Street Sergeant. This is evident with his running around on a mule screaming uncontrollably. He seriously has gotten way over his head and instead of realizing this he takes it out on us. He also is taking out on those that want to burn time, like it always has been, that if they burn time they can’t be a reserve. He’s gone off the deep end because he knows he has not met up to everyones expectations. He needs to leave or the FOP needs to protect us from this maniac before he gets us all on the Heart Bill.

So those that have decided to leave I understand. I also understand that this will end at one point and this will once again become the envy of many. Stay safe and hang in there.
