They can't ever write an OIR and they get 2.5% pension increase beacuse they are on 5 8hour shifts. We all want to be on an 8 hour shift with weekends off and are not a part if patrol staffing so we can actually take time off once in a while to see our families too. Why do they not rotate those NRO positions? What happend to career development they used to kick wyatt out of motors ? You can't have it one way and not the other way. NRO680 has been a career NRO with huge benefits and makes his own schedule and overtime since he started two decades ago according to his file. Come on man hook a girl up around here Cono.
