    Tony doesn't have to prove anything in court. He doesn't have the prove he's not a felon. Clark/Israel have the legal burden to prove Tony is one. They cannot do it. So yeah "I don't recall" worked just fine for Tony.

    Tony can't be impeached but he can be removed and his certification yanked just like his FBI clearance

    Tony’s latest affidavit to the court admits prior criminal cases in direct contradiction to his sworn FDLE application. Antbody else catch that he just admitted to perjury to the State? Now what?
