It used to be called "affirmative action," where blacks were hired over whites, based on the color of their skin, but it was struck down by federal courts because it is based on preferential treatment, based on the color of skin. The 1964 Civil Rights Act calls it racial discrimination. Today, racial equity is the new reverse discrimination, based on the color of skin.

It's sounds good on paper (theory), but it's bad because it's straight-up discrimination (reality).
