One of the things never brought up is back when Jesse Menocal Jr. was taken off the street in Hialeah for sexual assault allegations he was sent to the Academy as an instructor. There he promptly pressured young cadets into sexual favors and even got one pregnant. And why did the other instructors not intervene? Well it could very well be because the other two instructors were Jesse Menocal Sr. and Ignacio Menocal! They really did not know what was happening?

I'm frankly amazed that MD allowed this extent of nepotism to exist at the academy....and the Menocals were right there to exploit it!
