He aged 20 years because he is overwhelmed with amount of money the City spends in OT. If he was an outsider He would get it. But he does not. He also trusts no one and that’s why you see him out there riding SOLO. It’s not leading from the front. Jumping off his Mule and barking out orders is not being a Leader. He has unsuccessfully tried to divide us rookies/Vets by calling the Rookies on there phones to get them to go along with the Jimmy Dean plan and tries to get the vets to by in with false promises. His latest ploy to only take all weekend spots off is another vindictive lashing out because we didn’t agree to his 7/7 contract violating idea. The same FOP CBA’s that his 3 generation family has always enjoyed.

You would think a guy that has been here 31 years would have an idea on how to run the Agency. He’s clueless and unhinged. Did you see him holding the mugshot of the 30 Subject? He’s not well. Heck, he can not even stop posting about a lifeguard on Leo Affairs.

The chief with the assistance of his clueless command have turned this agency into a complicated jumbled mess. Things have become so disorganized here that I don’t think he really knows what’s going on. Shift changes staffing changes personnel changes and all this occurs daily. Doce has his own agenda as does Acosta and Jones. Each shift operates differently staffing is a mess officers are frustrated Detectives are being pulled in different directions motors and AUI have a different mission everyday. I think if we simplify this agency things will run more smoothly but at this point we are a mess and it all revolves around two things, the low level of visitors we are dealing with and those at the top of both city hall and the agency leading scared.
