Cve
Why do all the lazy, scared and or dummies always put in transfers to CVE? It’s always the ones that can’t make it on the road.
And why is it if dispatch ever gives a call to a CVE unit, the CVE unit acts like they’re astonished that dispatch had the nerve to send them to something.
They should be able to respond to anything commercial vehicle related, but God forbid a S12 semi that they're 1 block away from. Or God forbid, they roll up on a fender bender 20 miles away from the nearest zone unit, they act like they don’t have a “crash report” option in their mobile forms. It’s always “have a zone unit 51”.
And before CVE fanboys start commenting, look at yourself in the mirror and ask yourself, which you fit in: you were lucky to be inherited by FHP and get to inherit all of our benefits and call yourself “trooper” or was it that you couldn’t make it on the road and transferred?
Sorriest unit at the patrol.

What you all need to be tapping is the weight scale and weight less than 300 pounds. Get with FHP policy. Absolutely embarrassing!

Every single one of them, including the female CVE in my area are 300 lbs minimum. They’re useless. They need to be separate again. We get complaints constantly about them driving right past calls or sitting down the road from one and not responding.
Hey, Tallahassee, sticking “commercial vehicle enforcement” on the bottom of the tahoes doesn’t help the generally public understand why their useless, even though you tried. Bust them down to white crown vics and again and peel state trooper off the side. embarrassment to the agency.
