There is no more qualified immunity for violating civil rights. Ans you darn sure can’t claim you acted in good faith when you’re doing an illegal unlawful search deliberately bypassing the 4th Amendment. That’s where these guys phucked up. The illegal search is always what gets you. Ans always gets your azz in trouble in the end. Lawsuits and all.
