Then you are subject to the grueling IA investigation and it goes downhill from there. Reverse the last statement completely for those that are connected, family, dynasty. They will cover it up and there will most likley never be an investigation. That is how they can honestly say they are transparent.
    This is why this administration has lost all credibility with the troops. We are not stupid and can see the widespread corruption and lies.
