Probationary Lt will at a minimum lose his bar. But transparency doesn’t exist in some cases. When your put on paid admin leave it’s not good. I’m sure IA is working overtime to bring this case to a conclusion. Or the administration will forgo a IA and will accept a voluntary demotion or termination. This procedure only applies to supervisor. This is to minimize the embarrassment for the upper chain of command.
