New schedule

A SET schedule is certainly not necessary and I think would be much more detrimental than helpful. That said, some folks around here do need to mix in a few more Friday and Saturday nights... not just "as needed".

Let's face it, optics is just about everything right now in law enforcement and state government. If executive leadership wants more coverage at night then say so and let the LT's handle their business. If they don't then have the Captain hold them accountable. Don't punish the masses.

Be smart and don't ruin it for everyone else! For those who aren't already doing it, mix in some nights AND weekends. That doesn't mean work until 9 pm and claim a 1 hour ride home for what is normally a 30 min ride just to be in your driveway at 10 pm. Again, BE SMART!

Also, if you are an agent doing right who sees a fellow agent in your office failing at how they go about their week, help them out!

I want to sample what you people smoke. Here in the south we have 208 abusers and up north they have vitamin girl who has done whatever she wants for years. Pulling them aside does nothing but cause retaliation. This was obviously another post by a clueless kool-aid drinking lieutenant. Lieutenants have failed to do their job for years and allowed select employees to get away with murder while punishing the good employees. It’s one of several reason that so many good employees leave. When the lieutenants start holding the problem employees accountable then we will see improvement but not until then. Go peddle your brand of crazy elsewhere, lieutenants!

Quit acting like a little b**** and worry about your own backyard. If you had any balls and there was any merit to your whining, you would address the agents and lieutenants in question. File a complaint if you are so sure you know what's going on. Otherwise, STFU and quit whining. Better yet, go work somewhere else.
