Can anyone explain the shifts and rotations (length and days)? Thanks in advance!

Patrol is 12s with mids eves and days. Anywhere from 5-5 to 6-6 depending on area with eves overlapping with 11-11 or 3-3. Airport is similar, specialized units can vary greatly. Some divisions will allow ot or comp for the 4 hours, some do not.

Perfect thank you! Do most new officers get mids or eves?

Most new recruits go to mids, a few to eves and recently we even had a few get sent to days without a hardship.

Sorry if this is a dumb follow up. I know days are going to be 5-5 and 6-6. Are mids going to be the 11-11 or 3-3? Making eves 1700-0500 and 1800-0600? Or am I mixing up mids and eves.

    Thank you!

No mids works 1700 or 1800 til 0500 or 0600. Eves works the mid day shifts
