    The Capt said on telegram 7 months ago that the state attorney office closed out one of his criminal cases yet he not back. Now he has two lawsuits pending and other Unk investigations that no one wants to discuss. What ever. At least his home rod.

    Javi no matter who is the next chief they are going to have their marching orders dealing with you. I see the city is going to settle another abuse of treatment lawsuit against you on Thursday. How much did you cost the city this time $100,000 not to mention how much money the city attorneys had to spend on handling this case.
