Vote for Lewis. No more of administrations ace kissers wanted. Why is MS getting involved in PBA business when she is excluded. Time for change. If you dont pay dues you have no representation. That is how unions work.

Even when you pay dues, you still have no representation. And yes Lewis would be great.

There is now a majority of the department in PBA. Good move everyone. We deserve higher pay and better benefits. Now we can question rediculas directives, reprimands and unfair treatment. Do not be affraid to stand up because we have strong and capable representation. Everyone work together and we can have great success. Read the contract so you know what your rights are.

Thank god there is finally someone more concerned about the employees than what depressing color the walls are going to b or looking to find what we can b reprimanded for today instead of finding the good in what we are doing. It’s hard to come to work everyday when your so called leaders call you cry babies when they make you feel like you’re so beneath them. ALL the supervisors with the exceptions of a very few Sgts should all be replaced ASAP and you would see the biggest change in moral, attendance and the entire department as a whole again. Someone has to hear our pain

The only way things will chang is if the city manager advertises for a new Chief. The department needs an experienced administrator. Your Captain was promoted well beyond her level of experience also. People throughout the law enforcement community in Polk County are laughing at us and I know several of you hear the same.

They need to advertise for a new chief before more officers start leaving. No one is happy here. Why is the CM continuesly holding back from doing it. He needs to stop trying to save his pennies and think about the employees. He has saved a whole years worth of chiefs pay since Hall left. Bring back some stability already.

News flash; the CM doesn’t care. As long as he is in place, nothing will improve city wide.
