Perfect example of his incompetence. Instead of settling for 50 cents on the dollar, he now boxed himself into having to answer the questions. Stupid !!!!

This is great. Inside counsel advised Tony to settle for pennies on the dollar. It was a written agreement/contract prior to Tony taking office. But for the first time in his life, Tony actually has power. Problem is he dosent know how to manage it. Instead he takes on a petty battle against legal advice. Now the county will pay 100% to all plaintiffs, all plaintiffs legal fees, and legal fees to BSO outside counsel. But the worst part, after dodging the questions of his criminal background for the past two years, he will now be compelled to do so. Dude, you need to learn how to pick your battles !!!
