Once again it was just a matter of time before the cops are seen eating the free Ice cream just as a the scam of the free credit cards that they would supposed to pass out to the needed.

Those 3 ice scream could had been given to 3 kids that had no money.

You know that was all just a scam..................... Get with the program. Why are we giving out ice cream? Why not something healthy? Kids eat all this ice cream and what happens? Cavities (lack of dental insurance), obesity (which is already a problem in the poor communities), kids to hyper and run into the streets and get hit by a car or wacked in the head so they chill out.

Yup all these negative things over ice cream. Yes ice cream. We should give them healthy snacks and be roll models to the kids.
