Everyone loves Sheriff Marceno but dislikes Undersheriff Holloway and that's the way it's supposed to be. When Mike Scott was sheriff everyone hated Charlie Ferrante BUT he was a great undersheriff who kept things running efficiently. Same thing was true for acting undersheriff Dave Bonsall for Shoap and Dave Smith for John McDougall.

Ask them why. They would much rather work crashes or write a bunch of tickets than look for racers in certain areas where they aren’t. But...When your unit commander tells you to do something you do it. You can complain all you want but like most of us... their hands are tied.
