The current TPD Sergeants are controlled by the staff. They do not know how to think for themselves. TPD used to be a GREAT DEPARTMENT. Those days are long gone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Shouldn’t matter who you work for. If you can explain and document your “discretion” and are within policy then all should be well. Do your job that you signed up to do and it shouldn’t matter who you work for. Except if there like a Bud L or a Kevin U. Then you have a real POS on your hands and should go to HR...

You can say that for the bottom of the sergeants list.... not the too 6-8 of them. They have repeated stood up to staff. One refused to attend a meeting and then refused to wear a mask.
