Maybe this year this agency can create a work environment where we can operate in the very manner that our citizens have been fooled to believe that we operate at.

Instead of looking real good, maybe we can do our jobs in the same manner as how we have been made to look.

We have been running around like chickens with our heads cut off for long enough. How long can a person go home with their heads spinning?

Instead of working multiple car burglaries alone, instead of starting investigations while we have three going that are not even done and only have to the end of the shift to do them, instead of going home 3 hours late constantly, instead of calls holding for 2-3 hours, instead of just getting to our reports when the shift gets done, instead of pushing us away to other agencies and careers, how about let’s get back to doing this job the right way. The way common sense dictates. The way our citizens expect.

Piece of crap leaders that run organizations, such as this agency, or medical companies on less than a skeleton crew should go to hell.

Why is it the people that are in charge of keeping the peace and the ones on charge of emergency medical care the least staffed and overworked?

This agency has its fixed rules and things in place that they will not compromise on. Things they spend millions on. Like having a certain amount of helicopters and so on. Better yet, secretaries. How about making our deputies mental health and their longevity one of those priority’s.
